Description
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who is motivated to build strong, long-term relationships with our customers and help further strengthen how we work with customer success at Devolens. In this role, you’ll work closely with software vendors using our platform, supporting onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success across a range of customer setups.
Customer success is already a core part of how we operate today. You’ll be joining an environment where we actively work with customers on an ongoing basis—understanding their use cases, supporting their implementations, and helping them get reliable, long-term value from the platform. Your role will be to deepen and scale that work in a structured and thoughtful way.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to customers while also representing their perspective internally. This is a hands-on role where you combine relationship management with a solid understanding of how the product is used in practice.

Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role in SaaS
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers
- Comfortable working with technical products and explaining them clearly
- Proactive and structured: you follow up, anticipate needs, and keep things moving forward
- Ability to understand customer use cases and translate them into actionable insights
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on long-term customer outcomes
- Experience working with onboarding, renewals, or customer lifecycle management
- Bonus: familiarity with APIs, integrations, or developer-facing products
