Description
We’re looking for a Technical Support / Solutions Engineer who enjoys working closely with customers to solve real problems and help strengthen how we approach technical support at Devolens. In this role, you’ll support customers across a range of implementations, helping them troubleshoot issues, understand the platform, and move forward with confidence.
Technical support is already a well-established part of how we operate. Today, we work directly with customers to resolve issues, guide integrations, and ensure reliability across different environments. You’ll be joining that ongoing work, contributing to both day-to-day support and how we continue to improve our processes over time.
You’ll act as a bridge between our customers and the product, bringing technical clarity to complex situations while also feeding insights back into the product and engineering teams.

Who We Are Looking For
- Strong technical background with experience in APIs, web applications, or backend systems
- Comfortable troubleshooting complex issues across different environments
- Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working with customers in a technical support or solutions engineering role
- Ability to debug issues methodically and take ownership until resolution
- Familiarity with authentication, integrations, and system design concepts
- A pragmatic mindset: you focus on solving the customer’s problem, not just identifying it
- Bonus: experience with .NET, REST APIs, or SaaS platforms
